Shipping & Returns
Packages are shipped from our US and Canadian warehouses.
A flat rate fee of $10 will be applied to all purchases made that are being shipped within Canada and the Continental United States. Your shipping charge will be shown upon checkout.
Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation. Orders will be fulfilled within 2 business days. Once your item(s) have shipped you will receive an email containing shipping details and tracking number.
Please note that Billow Pillows and Dear Martha Halo Wigs are custom orders and may take 3-7 days for the order to ship.
We have been experiencing some shipping delays given COVID 19 that are out of our control. Although typically packages are received within 3-7 days from shipment this is not always the case during this time. We apologize if you do not receive your package within our typical window but rest assured it is on it's way!

For the most part, all items in your order will arrive together. On rare occasions, some articles may ship directly from the manufacturer. If this is the case, we will inform you upon receipt of your order.
WE OFFER FREE RETURNS.
Within Canada and the Continental US.
You may return items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund if it is unworn, unwashed, or unused and returned in its original packaging with tags attached. Also please include a copy of your purchase receipt.
Underwear, swimwear bottoms, billow pillows and Just Nips products are not eligible for return.
All returns can be shipped free of charge back to us. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your purchase if you wish to return an item. We will email a pre-paid shipping label for the items you are looking to return. Once we have received your returned merchandise, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the items and will issue a refund or exchange within 2 business days.
Please allow for 10 business days to see returns reflected on your credit card statement.
